Hard Starting

Ok I did a search and came up with nutin.
I have no knowledge on 12 Valve rs so I need some help.

98 12V

You have to use the skinny peddle a little to get it to start. Worse when warm.
if you don't give it a bit of fuel (hit the peddle) it just almost starts.

Where can we start?

When it is running, what speed does it idle at?

Good question, 6-700 I think.

Need to adjust the idle... it isnt getting enough fuel at startup.

could timing slipping also cause this?

Correct Corey, not enuf timing, and also the overflow valve can both cause lazy starts.
