well i have not made it back to a dyno yet it was to cold this weekend. but i ordered a fuel boss fuel system a hellmans sump and 5K gsk so that gets the fuel questions out of the way i hope

I'd put more delivery valve in it. Try a set of competition delivery valves from SDX; that's my suggestion. This assumes you don't have a supply pump issue, trans issue, boost leak, all the normal power robbing stuff.

update as of 4/2/11 with the boost leak fixed and comp dv and 5k gsk i did 526/999

Timing?

I have a similar setup and by bumping my timing 4*(from 20-24) it runs much better. I hope to get on a dyno this spring for some actual #s.
