Two different Guages read the same. These pressure fluctuatation are only between inj pump and my 2m filter
I've been given couple different theroys and suggestions..
While there should be some bounce.. it should be consistent to what ever load on the Engine is, not fluctuating at given constant load..
The OFV could be bad
Too much volume, 41402 is 190 free flow and 140ish at 60#.. basically put a bypass returned before the injectors pump
Or something is wrong inside the pump cause inconsistant pressure drops under load. Having multiple barrel/plunger differences comes to mind.. through idle and free rev only gives 3-4# bounce...

When you check fuel pressure on a C15/3406E it will do the same without a snubber and it’s just a gear transfer pump, gauge is unreadable.

New condenser arrived, pickup switch to turn the fan on/off as well called frieghtliner the VIN spec HP is on at 80psi off at 450 psi.. LP is open/off at 28 on/closed at 45psi
The fan switch I order is wrong.. off/open at 250 on/closed at 100psi normally closed....could work for the HP switch for the compressor though
Need it to close/on at high pressure open/off at low.. normally open switch...

86° ambient temperature... Floorboards temps in the cab... 108-125°....
Looking for heat/sound control products
That are spray/roll on...
I'm sure there's more than lizzard skid, Eastwood and quiet board
Having a would be pointless until that's fixed..
Links appreciated

Got a pile of parts here and enroute to put on...
Turbo(366/74/.83 T4 gated with high flow compressor housing),
timing gear housing,
flywheel housing,
AC stuff,
heat/sound barrier stuff,
got GSK and 2095 plug for the pump,
clean the oil mess off the bottom of the cab and frames..
going try to find someone that doesn't have a mental break down when I ask them if they can bench flow my pump at it's current setting.. guys I talked to at CDS and WCD both had issuse when I called them...
Maybe when all said and done swing by Firepunk and get it dynod

What did you end up with for heat/sound control? I’m in the market for my new crew cab build.

Their 72sqft pack of the dynamat is ~320.00 I'll have that and then some if I use lizard skin sound and heat control..
Haven't pulled the trigger... yet... definitely need to get something done on the underside while everything it out,
I haven't looked honestly.. and I'm not happy about it..

Yeah I know... The fact they couldn't figure out what I was asking.. annoyed me.
Customer has a working P7100 pump that's modified.. what's to know what it's pumping volume at current setting...and and wants US to install GSK kit and verify fueling to 2600rpm
That's some extremely complicated requests......
Not to knock the resident p7100 gurus, but it's ~2 weeks round trip shipping plus work for either of them Wesley/Seth

Not sure if they can help you, or what the name even is, but some guys recently left CDS and started a shop in the same lot as eastern Ohio truck parts at 37 and 70. My wife's cousin was one of the ones that left CDS. Might try calling the truck parts place, see if they can get you in contact with them.

The s366
Is 66/91 comp 80/74 turbine.. both wasted gated
Spool Should slow down substantually and lower EGTs on grades with bigger turbine..
Afaik you can't get bigger off the shelf turbine than a 80/74 in s S300 chassis.. should run alot better
