Help with exhaust flange

Off the batt sorry for the rookie question. I'm trying to start getting my exhaust on my rat rod figured out. I have s300 and need exhaust flange and v band so I can weld it to the exhaust. I'm not sure what to buy bc I haven't seen my size that I need. ID is 3 7/16
OD is 4 5/8. Any guidance would be helpful.

Is that an angled face? I wonder if you could just take a flange and turn it down to the OD you need. Like this 4" flange from Air Flow Systems which has a 4.78", 20* lip and a 4" ID. http://store.airflo.com/88-415.html

An unfinished casting. Never saw one that hadn't been machined.

Tig or mig weld a different flange on it if you can't find one to fit. I've seen it done a lot in the tractor pulling world.
