For Sale: Complete business with home and inventory
So I was thinking....Who wants to write me a check for 300,000 to have keys dropped in their hands for 3.5 acres with a house, new 3 stall garage, new 36x52 storage building, newer outdoor wood boiler heating, 22x28 woodshed, and a 48x52 climate controlled shop along with all business rights and customers, all inventory new and used, and dozens of personal trucks and parts trucks, and a bulldozer and skidsteer? Ill even include the TV, cable, microwave, and fridges in the shop and a good portion of household furniture!!!!!! Ill load up my toolboxes and personal items and walk away!!! A rough estimate alone on diesel performance parts is nearly 100,000 dollars worth!!! It will include a 2003 CR crewcab, a 2005 CR crewcab, 97 twin turbo truck, a 2010 gooseneck trailer, a couple of lawnmowers, new woodsplitter, half a dozen Stihl chainsaws(Im keeping my new one), all shop equipment, new well and septic, 4 bedroom home on a major Iowa river, dozens of core engines good for rebuild, thousands and thousands of dollars in used parts, dozens of trans cores, etc etc etc etc. I could go on and on with what it has to offer. Serious buyers can inbox me for more info and finance questions on business profit. This is a very serious offer for someone to make a great living in a great area! I have a plan for a brighter future and relocation is a must for me if its gonna happen!!! Kids need not waste my time with questions about how many rust free doors or boxes are included....bring a financial statement showing you can afford the place and Ill turn you loose to snoop!

Its gonna be an all or nothing deal when it happens. Im going to keep working and selling like I always have until a buyer steps up. Its time I get a life back and quit putting in 16 plus hour days 7 days a week. Thanks!!!
My biggest reason for getting out of it is to be able to actually do something for myself. My one truck has over 50K invested into aftermarket go fast crap that is sitting in random spots all over the place here and has been that way for 3 years now! Im not getting away from diesel all around. I just want time to build my own stuff when I get done working a regular Joe job and have more time for my kids. The wife has an education to earn her 2 to 3 times the money she makes now if we relocate and Ive got something else in mind for myself.

No certain place in mind but the right person could work a deal on a property swap too.

Ill trade you straight up for my duplex and all my tools and ill cut the grass before I leave!
Really though, anyone who hasn't been to chris's, he's got a pretty nice setup. Far enough out there where you can do anything you want with no neighbors messing with you. No cops, and no need for cops, tons of room, the shop is setup pretty good, great selection of tools, and well maintained. Even has a fridge with beer in it. Though the shop isn't very well equipped for tranny drops on a lowered 2nd gen with 7' traction bars in the way .

You high bruh? That chit stays with me... I'll let you sit in them and clean them for me. Besides we have to have a tow rig to haul your broke chit.

Geezus, you can barely get a starter home for 300k here. Aready ran it by the wife, but she doesn't do so well with snow.
