I'm looking for a shop with a good reputation near or in South Dakota to cut o rings in a 12 valve head

South Dakota is a fairly large state as I recall, having driven across it just the other week, 412 miles across I-90 and 240 or so from north to south. Denver is by definition "near" to South Dakota if you live in the SW corner. But then again so is Des Moines IA from the other end. With the wealth of info you've given on your location those are my two suggestions.
