What motor is this

Recently came across this for to good of a price to pass up. It fired right up and the only thing it need is a drive shaft. Does anyone know what kind of motor this is? The previous owner said its a 1998 international turbo diesel. It is a DT466, but cant be newer than a 1994.

I believe all the 408's had the intake through the valve cover like the e model 466. That one should just be a regular old 466b.

Can you post the numbers? I can't read from the pic.

Also, that is a reman tag from Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. Don't know if those numbers will work on the Navistar website.

It also gave a service date of 6-15-1989. I don't exactly know what that means since the info is just for a part number, not a specific engine. Maybe that's the last date it was used.
