Rail pressure issues from hell

Trucks a 06 with ats dual fueler, 100% over exergy's, single 467. Couple of months ago every blue moon the truck would have a fluctuation in RP. Would clear up and run great. Ended up having my injectors sent out due to a bad stator o ring, came back and the issue was still there. The last few weeks it has gotten to the point the truck runs perfect until it reaches full temp, after that the rough running fluctuation in RP sets in. Changed my controller to a new working controller off another truck and non change. Even bypassed the controller and had my tuner write a tune for it and still no change. Now the truck will only run if I unplug the RP sensor and Max rail pressure. Plug it in and I only see 19-2000psi cranking. Unplug one fca at a time or unplug them both and no change. Changed the PRV out with no change. Also only codes I'm seeing is p2127 apps 2 circuit low, p0652 sensor reference voltage low, and sometimes a p0251 injection pump fuel valve feedback. Any ideas?

The truck should die if you unplug the rail sensor, the fca should close trying to drop pressure down to desired. I would also think the pressure should max out when you unplugged the fca. Did you try a new sensor? Were these tests done when hot or cold?

Test were done cold as the truck will now only run if I unplug the RP sensor and it Max's RP. FCA's have no change to how the truck responds. I did some deep digging on one of my codes p0625- low voltage at the #1 sensor supply circuit. Found some possible locations that could cause the issue. Checked them all and my camshaft position sensor is only seeing 1.3v at the plug and where it comes out the ecm. Cleaned the plug and reconnected and still 1.3v.

Try deleting the rail pressure sensor extension harness that comes with the ATS kit. You should be able to un-tape the factory harness a little and it'll reach just fine.
Had a truck with basically the same issues and deleting that extention fixed it, extention most likely has a bad wire or connector.

The extension has been deleted for a year since I installed the kit cause it wouldnt start. I've come to the camshaft position sensor is at 1.3v at the plug and ecm. Not sure if that can have a cause. Everything else has a 5v supply like normal.
