12v vs 24 v head port size/location

Anyone know off hand the head port center lines on the intake side of a 12 v and 24 v? And if a 24v runner intake could be modified to fit a 12v? I know the 6 vs 7. But you cap.off the 7th and still be able to use it?

pretty sure it will not work . it is 2 different ball games and the ports are taller on the 12v
