No problem at all using the step. I tested it myself. The grille guard has to turn out like that if we keep the bumper tucked in like we have it. We tried one straight and we pretty much had to put 90* elbows on the bottom to make it straight up. And it stuck out further than the bumper. When the hood opens, it only misses the grille guard by 2" with this style guard.

Any progress on the 03 and is that opening in the front big enough for a license plate? Required here in WI to run it.

We have 03-05 in the works. We gotta finish the 03-07 rear bumper first, then we are moving to the 03-05 front next. I'm just overwhelmed with injectors, traction bars and 94-02 bumpers right now. I am trying to find more help as we speak. The license plates don't fit, so we designed a opening between the 2 plates which allow the 2 top corners to slide through the metal and a license plate can be mounted.

Ok guys. The front 3g bumpers are now shipping! Steel came in and we are cutting away. I will have them posted on the site soon. PM me if interested and I'll get you guys on the list! Price on this one is $699 shipped, but group buy pricing will be $599 shipped to US.
