What size radial with 4.10s - Competition Diesel.Com

I have 4.10 gear ratio looking for a set of radials for next season. On my all season tires i cut a 1.64 60ft trapped 7.20 at 97.11 in the eighth. Thinking slicks and im gonna get rid of back bumper and put just bedsides on for next year. What size radial should i run with my 4.10 gears have a extra set of 17" wheels i would like to use. Tallest radial i can find for a 17 is a 315/50/17 mt street r. Would they be tall enough?any recommendations.best 60ft i have found with 420s is 1.62 and im there with cheap tires. So may as well go radial

As long as you stay racing 1/8th mile it wont be an issue.
