The A/R may change before production. So, we are not announcing it currently.

Trusted Performance Ready to Release Direct Bolt in Turbochargers
for the 6.0L Power Stroke.
Fort Worth, TX (March, 5th 2010)— Tired of having to trade performance for power when upgrading your 6.0L Power Stroke Turbocharger? Well, that is a thing of the past. Trusted Performance announces today they are releasing a new Stainless Steel Turbine Housing designed for the 6.0L Power Stroke engines.
“We started this company with the intentions of releasing this housing in 6 to 10 months,” says Andy Bennett, Owner of Trusted Performance. “Little did we know that starting from scratch we would run into so many challenges. We have finally overcome those challenges and the end is near! The turbos are coming, the turbos are coming.”
The new stainless steel turbine housing Trusted Performance has come up with has a list of very impressive features. Including but not limited to:
- Exhaust Inlet in the same position as the factory turbo
- Exhaust Outlet in the same position as the factory turbo
- Internally wastegated
- Extremely large internal gate to support compound environment without having major back pressure problems
- Mounts to the 04-07 Factory Pedestal
- Resistant to cracking, corrosion and rust, to increase longevity
- Ability to withstand high temperatures (above 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Quick spool up and throttle response
- Wide range of Turbine wheels
- Multiple A/R’s
These stainless steel turbine housings will be part of Trusted Performance’s 6.0L turbocharger kit. The rest of the turbocharger kit is based off of an S300 charger. There are multiple compressor wheels available (58, 60, 62, 64, and 66mm), three different compressor covers and multiple turbine wheels.
With their vast experience with the 6.0’s, Trusted Performance has the ability to pick and choose the right combination of part to configure a charger for each individual’s application. The charger plays one of the most critical rolls in how the truck runs and drives but yet it is very overwhelming for a consumer to understand what all of the numbers mean. So, when buying a charger, the consumer must rely on the company they are buying from in order to size it right. Who better to buy from than a company that has spent the last few years researching and developing a charger meant strictly for the 6.0L in the aftermarket? They didn’t just find something that worked ok, they build the perfect unit.
No sticking vanes, very few moving parts, no electronics to deal with, nothing to clean, just simply put it on and run it. The S300 chargers that Trusted Performance has chosen to be the foundation for the 6.0L upgrade kits were chosen for their reliability, performance, availability of part and because it can be easily rebuilt.
While these housings/chargers are not available yet, the MSRP is $2,437.31. Pre-sale price is $1,950 (20% off) and orders will be processed first come first serve. Pre-sales of these unique turbochargers starts March 5th with an estimated delivery date of April 19th. Contact Trusted Performance or one of their dealers today to find out more information.
