New "Daily" Project

Good stuff.

Your engine set up is basically the same as mine, except I've got 5×11s and need to bump my timing. I've kind of hit a wall right now with it using coolant so if I have to pull the motor I'll definitely put in a better converter. It has 4.10 gears as well so that should help as well.

I hope I didn't derail the thread, carry on.

Had a little time to work out in the shop this past weekend.

UPDATE: 3/13/19

Slowly coming together. I got a 2 post lift installed in the shop, so that will make things 10x's easier. Started on the fuel system on the tank. Going to drop the FASS off the puller and start mounting that on this frame of this truck. Tried a test run on wire wheeling the frame and painting and very pleased with the results. I also lied about the trans. I've rebuilt close to 300 Ford 6R140s the past couple years so I decided to give a 47 a try with a Firepunk comp rebuild kit, Firepunk street/strip vb, DPC billet single, and a used billet input (thanks Brandon Carr).

6/3/19 Update

Been somewhat busy with other projects and working on this thing here and there. Been waiting to clear my lift off to continue putting this together. This is what has been done from where left off:

-Fresh head with o-rings, 60# springs, marine style seals, and Haley 5x.012s
-Steed and a Fleece Cheetah (Both were free so I couldn't pass it up)
-Painted the frame
-Built the trans
-Mocked up fuel system
-Pulled the dash to clean and changed heater core (found $4.87 in change and a $10 bill)
-Started cleaning interior
-Installed overhead readout, chrome power mirrors, headliner, and better speakers from donor truck
-Mocked up exhaust
-Installed new AC system
