2007 Ford F250 Cummins swap candidate

I have a 2007 Ford F250 gas truck with a bad engine that is fairly clean, atleast for Iowa. I was going to do a cummins swap, but its the old story for not enough time and too many projects. I am not sure on the mileage, since someone tried to drill out the ignition and I have not fixed it. Truck is located in Des Moines Ia, asking $3000

It's a XL, but the driver seat has a slight rip and the bottom of the fold down middle see has been replaced with a wood filing cabinet kind of thing. The rest of it's fairly clean.

I have been trying not to part it out since I will get left with a ton of parts that aren't worth jack and don't feel like dealing with it
 
Price without bed on it? Or as a roller with just cab, could even keep the rear end if needed? I will be heading to Hudson/traer in 2 weeks delivering a 20-145 and Dana 60, so I’ll already have my trailer on& that’s not to far from you.
