Coolant System Pressure vs. RPM

Not really performance related, but need some information.

Are any of you folks running higher than stock RPMs having trouble with aftermarket replacement heater cores?

Replaced one recently in my truck and it let go within a month of use.

I have read here that the rear cylinder gets some crazy pressures from the added heat to the coolant system.

Mods, move to section best fit.

I've had my 24v up past 4500 rpm and no issues to speak of. My 12v has been to the same level, but it popped a hose off my Espar a month after hitting 4500 rpm, and my heater core popped about a year later. My 12v doesn't see high rpm often, its strictly DD duty. Both of them on stock water pumps.
