Found this today while searching some things on the VE and VP37 (TDI pump)...

Using the Bosch VE pump. Sorry about the metric units but this appears to be a Euro company.

Actually it appears just past peak torque.

The 200hp/500tq graph shows less fuel being used 300 rpms higher but the peak torque is still around 1500 rpms.
