Feeling some extra resistance

So it feels like the brakes are on when I'm driving my 02 f350 auto 4x4. I don't gain really any speed going down hills. It slows down quickly as soon as you let off the throttle. Brakes don't seem to be seized up. Fuel mileage is down to 15-16mpg on the highway. I normally get 18-19 on the highway. If I put the truck in neutral going down hill no resistance. Anyone have any ideas ?
