Manton push rods w/ NO OIL hole

Does any one or has any one used mantons push rods 7/16 and up . They do not have an oil hole. Is it ok to use with a Hot street week end warrior truck? Or does the pushrod provide oil in the 24v like hydraulic rocker engine .
Im guessing ill be ok. since the tappet doesn't provide oil.
