NV5600 Blow Proof/Explosion Proof Bellhousing - Competition Diesel.Com

In order to run NTPA manual trans trucks need to have a blow/explosion proof bellhousing. I am being told a Stroud...etc blanket is not acceptable. Does anyone know if these exist and who might make them?
