2007.5 auto to manual trans swap

Doing a swap from auto to manual trans and the truck has a electric transfercase. Apparently the t-case needs to see neutral in the transmission to shift into low range. Does anyone know a way around this to fool the t-case?

Usually one of the wires needs to be grounded in some way for neutral to be "seen".
You could probably tie it into the clutch pedal safety switch, or directly ground it.

Best bet would be to get the correct harness(es) and I'm not so sure you won't need to re-flash the network (ECM, TIPM, etc.) to manual trans configuration.
