Hp tuners problems, 6.7 with 03 injectors and 04.5 ecm

i have a 6.7 short block with standard 6.7 Pistons. I'm running a 5.9 head with 03-04 injectors.
I'm having problems with hp tuners connecting to my truck, I keep getting a checksums error. I've contacted hp tuners about this and they have told me they know about the issue and they're working on it but nothing more. I just had all the ecm's in my truck reflashed by dodge and still have the same issue.
My questions are: does anyone know if this is a case by case problem that they fix or is this something that's going to be months or years in the making?
And if so, am I spraying outside of the bowls with my stock 04.5 tuning?

Thanks,
Chris

Thank you for your response.

My setup is 150% overs and a 10mm stroker pump if that makes any difference

It actually lights my 467/87 really well. I have to be very light on the accelerator between shifts but it puts out a small puff of smoke and cleans up
I was really concerned about the timing with the Pistons and injectors so I havnt been driving it.
