Battery not charging

Alternator is not charging the battery. Last week, I would start the truck, it would read 14.2v until I gave it some throttle, then it would drop to 13.3v and stay there.

Now this weekend, I noticed it stopped charging altogether.

I replaced the battery on Friday, and replaced the alternator today, still not charging at all, even when I first start the truck. I

I tested the blk/org cable from the battery + to the alternator and light blu/org wire to check the fusible links according to the wiring diagram and got good continuity on both. I’m completely lost what it could be. PCM?? I sure hope not.

Vehicle is a 2005 F-150 with a Cummins 12 valve. Using the F-150 alternator and PCM.
