2013 Flashed new file and now no turn signals

13 Ram 3500 longhorn with MM3.
Flashed a new tune in and now the rear turn signals do not work and it gives a “lamp out” message. Front, dash, and trailer signals work. Tried going back to the old file with no change. Brake lights do work.
Has factory LED tail lights.
Flashed with battery charger at 13.9 v

I think the body control module died. Does anybody know if the truck will run with an unprogrammed BCM? Just wondering if I can change it and then have the dealer flash it.

I've lost lights on the dash on my truck before, and all I did was flash it again and all was fine.
