Twin hot piping

Ok I have a question on the hot piping for a s300/s475 twin setup. The thing is a kit will not work as its going in a airboat. I'm sure it's been discussed before and probably searchable but I'm in a time crunch on this. What is the min schedule piping that can be used on the hot pipe? I have everything else done in 14 gauge 304 stainless.

I used 3.5 exhaust tubing for mine, I believe it's 14 ga. Will your hotpipe be supporting any weight?

No it will not support any weight just wasnt sure 14 guage would withstand the heat generated on the hot side

Ive always used 16 gauge 3 or 4 inch mandrel bends and then wrapped it with header wrap. Never had a problem.

Mine is 3" aluminized pipe, probably 16 gauge. I have it ceramic coated. Three plus years now, and it looks just fine. No heat damage under the hood, and I have several hoses within two inches of it.

If it's non supporting the lighter will work. I build mine out of schedule 10 stainless or sch 40 steel but hang the turbo off of them.
