Hei,

What exaust manifold is better? ATS 3 piece, ETR diesel performanse 3 piece or something else. I will run twins(hx 35/ hx 55).

and what diffrents(exxept price) are aluminized exaust pipe 4" to stainless steel exaust pipe 4"

They are pretty much all the same.(manifolds) The Stainless exhaust will hold up to the elements better if they use road salt where you live
