12v Cummins nv4500 blowproof bellhousing - Competition Diesel.Com

Well I'm trying to put together a pulling truck. I swapped a 98 12v into a 01 body. Nv4500 tranny I need a blowproof bellhousing. I've searched Google but everything im finding is wrong. Any advise on where to look. Who to call or a good brand. Anything would be appreciated.

Jegs or summit has them QuickTime makes them.

You can most likely just get the blanket to put around your stock bell housing which is legal for almost every organization I have seen.

Thanks guys. I'll probably go with the blanket first. I just want to run a couple brush pulls to see if I want to get into it. Thought blowing my legs off in the process might be a good thing to avoid. Not that I foresee a problem occurring but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Ok educate the ignorant. I looked at jegs and summit. Everything I'm finding is said to fit Chevy. Am I missing something.

I think you need the Stroud 80026. Haisley and Schied sell them too.
