I have a few new Holset HE851 turbos for sale. All of them are new turbos, 1 was used for testing. 95mm 3.7" milled titanium compressor wheel, iron compressor cover with slip discharge, "e" trim turbines, 25 or 22cm "X shaped" flange mount turbine housings available. Pics and complete specs available.

96mm x 129mm 11 blade turbine, (3.75" x 5.1") "E" trim

Water cooled bearing housings

The original application was a large displacement, low RPM, cummins natural gas engine
