P7100 Number help

I'm trying to find out what this pump is. I've been searching with no luck. I can get it cheap but don't know if its worth buying. The guy said it came off a 98. 2 426 160 169 Is the number. Thanks

I had the guy shoot me the numbers from the second line down. But I don't think he understood what tag I was talking about because that number isn't what Im seeing in that pic. I'm waiting for him to msg me back

From what I can find that appears to be a 230 HP pump. Looks like it came stock on motorhomes and possibly some other things of that style.

It's not worth buying. Small plungers, pretty limited on delivery. Different type of delivery valves, slow cam.
