Do you remember if the Transfer Case bolted up or not?

Adapter plate and trans mount should be pretty easy to get from the Salvage yard though.

Yes the t-case bolted up but I think we spaced it back about 5/8th" if I remeber right, the splines were not deep enough or somthing. the other option was cutting off the t-case input that same amount we opted for making a spacer.

The truck that yall swapped the 48 into. Was the truck originally a auto or manual? If it was a auto did you have any issues with reflashing the truck to a manual?

It was an auto. I couldnt get a recovery at the time from Smarty so I got an H&S and Casey got me hooked up on the manual file. Marco may have the recoverys now I dont know.

It runs code free, tunes with a PCS. Only negative other then the cost that I could see was he lost some overdrive, rpms were up alot when cruising compared to where it was with the 68.
