Thermostat Housing Question

Is the thermostat housing the same on both the VE & Ppumped motors or are they different...

Doing a Fummins and need to figure out the best hose routing to the top of the radiator on the ford. We are working with a VE and I could swear that they are different but I didn't know if they would still bolt up vise versa but I figured they would.

We have to many 90*s in the routing and its driving me nuts and I dont like how it is and was trying to figure out if I can get a 12v ppumped housing and have it heading in the right direction compared to the VE housing... And I've been looking at a bunch of different fummins conversions but they were all either 12v ppumped or 24v pumped but couldnt find anything on the 12v VE stuff where they were routed.

Thanks a lot for your help guys.

VE is different, use the 2nd gen housing.
