Sucks but true. Just had my ad150 pump seize up. Called in to customer service and they couldn't find my name in the computer for warranty. I learned a lesson to not trust someone else to file your warranty paper work. My dealer dropped the ball on this one. And I made the mistake on not following up.

What's the cost of a replacement pump? Its a 150 unit on a 94 dodge 12v.

I don't know if they have any reps on here anymore. They were 219 with a new lifetime warranty card for you to fill out and send back in. I know they were changing to a different motor, I would make a point to ask for the latest motor available, I believe they were Allied motors.

You should still be able to get a replacement pump. My roommates AD took a dump. He never filled out the warranty card at all. One call to our vendor and he had another pump on the way after a short call to AirDog. The people at AirDog said they have had so many failures that they didn't need the warranty card or some crap.

I guess it all depends on who answers the phone and what kinda mood they are in. I've had pumps replaced in the past with no issue and no warranty card.

The guy on the phone didn't sound to bright: I had spelled my first and last name out to him at least 6-7 times. Each time he asked if the person who's name came up in the computer was me.....no clearly it couldn't be farther from my name. Each time he would ask me is this you...? NO ( re-spell my name again)

For all I know I might be in their system....just with a misspelled last name. My name is rarely spelled or pronounced correctly.
