need help with converter stall

Need help with deciding what converter stall would be appropriate for my new set up, current stall is 2500.
Set up is built 12v, 13mm pump , 5x025 injectors ,compound 66 over 88 and manual valve body. any help would be appreciated thanks.

You didn't really say enough.

Is it not spooling currently? Is the trans getting too hot currently? Etc...
