Turbo was built by jeb modern machine. Has 5 passes on it. Can easily be switch to a non clipped billet 88mm wheel or larger.

I do not currently have a use for this turbo. No reason for it to just sit on the bench.

What exactly will it take to drop a regular 88 or 91 in this? Wheel and cover or wheel and just machine the existing cover? Not too well versed in the clipped wheels

The bore is pinned in. So remove the pins and now you have a Smoothbore turbo. Depending on what wheel you purchase you may have to machine the cover to match the wheel. New compressor covers can be purchased aswell.
