I just put one of the 6500s in my truck. A little over kill for mine, but better to have extra than having to get a jump.
 
what size would be a direct replacement for a 2004.5 cummins ? and how much each, shipping? ....... mine are 6 years old and starting to think the tiem might be soon for replacement. thanks

Actually the D1000 has been replaced by the newly designed D1600. The dimensions and weights are the same, but it has a fresh new design. They are $259.00 plus shipping, and they are going faster than we can build them.
