mine used to come up and say cat full crap when i was running edge jwa but sense i went to smarty havnt had no codes besides when a wire on my map sensor broke and that was hell tracking down after several sensors and crap hope u get it figured out goodluck

Maybe/Maybe not. I'm sure there are ways to test some of these. You can put a pressure gauge inline from the lift pump to the cp3. That would allow you to monitor that. I don't remember, but do you have a fuel rail pressure guage? That would help with looking into the cp3.

It's not so much as pressure to the CP3 as it is volume. You want 500ml in 15 sec at the CP3.

Ok guys and gals here is what I have found out so far. Shimmed the rail still have a code but have narrowed it down to CP3, injectors or transfer pump causing code. Smarty Jr will not work on this truck. Even downloaded the new updates from a few days ago and it is worse than before. H&S works good. Still get codes but does not cut power like smarty. I am sure I do not have full power, but hey it is a work truck with 190K on it. I have it on mild setting and as long as it keeps plugging along I am going to drive it.

Do you have a Fass pump or airdog in it, if not do that then try swapping the fpr from a lbz dmax that helps alot on these trucks I've been doing it for years with good results
