08 mega cab smoking white - Competition Diesel.Com

I have a 2008 mega cab. Yesterday I was driving it and on and off I had no power, like I could go 40 mph and that was it. When I stopped it was idleing high then low almost shutting off, then knocking really bad will it idled back up. Then idle would stick around 1200 rpm. Then when I drove it it was smoking pretty bed white smoke. Check engine light is also on and I am having in checked tomorrow. Does anyone know what this is.

Could be a number of things. Water in oil? Could be HG, or a busted injector.
