05 cummins auto ecm flash - Competition Diesel.Com

I bought a used ecm off of here last week went to the dealership and they told me they can't flash my vin into it does anybody know a place that could do it or if its possible thanks in advance

Did they give you a reason why they couldn't flash yours ?
I have a 05 and they flashed mine.

Its because I have the grey key with a security function on the truck
