He decided it was going to require too much time to finish due to his school and little off time. Seems to me it took about as long to finish the "temp" setup. He said he still has plans to finish the header but wanted to get it running.

I had the tune setup for the nitrous and single so I had to over fuel it quite a bit under low boost so there was fuel for the nitrous to work with. Well, as soon as the secondary started to make boost it was DUMPING fuel and snuffed the charger out.

Over the span of 4.6 seconds I had to pedal it 3 times between 60 and 114 mph. This thing never hit this hard even with the big kit spraying..

60' was horrrendous, only left at 1900 RPM's and he got out on me pretty good but he was getting reeled in quick.

I had no idea what it was gonna do and left WAY under boost but it came like I was spraying the big kit and just kept coming. The guy in the other lane got out on me a good 3-4 cars but I was on his rear bumper going through the traps.

Stupid thing was skating all over the place the whole way down the track.

Yeah, they sing pretty good. You can definitely tell there are multiple turbos.

What I'll probably do is weld some aluminum washers onto the rod and weld the outside of those to the outside of the tank so it spreads the load out a bit. That way it's sandwiched vs just butt welded at the ends.

I'm still debating on just using the cores and making new end tanks, but like everything I don't really have the time to go that far with it. I'm just gonna slap a little bit of East Alabama Love on 'er and whoop it like a cheap hooker.

He didn't take any from the truck. He's not sure if anyone got one from the stands. Haven't seen one yet.

He's still in the works bugs out stage. Once dialed in is when he'll prob start showing off vids and such. Just how he is.

Took almost all afternoon to do the fitment at the transition point due to it being a compound angle AND transitioning from 4" to 5". That was one of the worst pipe matings I think I've had to do.

But, still need to finish it up tomorrow. I need to shorten the pipe coming off the upper primary about an inch to get a good mate at the transition. I'll weld in a v-band so it's not one piece and then it's just running the rest of the 5" back to the stack.





Had to MIG this part together....I just didn't have the fitment tight enough to TIG. It'll work..it's just exhaust.







And this is where I'll need to shorten the pipe up top to bring it back slightly so the elbow will line up with the main down pipe. Once I have it lined up I'll v-band it so it's not one big hard to manage pipe. I really should put a 4" flex couple in there, but.....screw it, let 'er roll.

He deleted the shock towers and there's a few pics of the stickers but I'm not sure. I'll see if he'll chime in later.

They're Afco double adjustables.

They're setup to be used as coil overs but Afco doesn't make springs heavy enough for these trucks.

Took a while to really dial them in. They have like 40 compression and 20 rebound settings.

How much do they run? I have seen a few people run there coil overs. They must be taking enough weight out to be usable. I need shocks is why I ask and want something adjustable ect

You don't want these for a daily. They're not really meant to driven thousands of miles on the street.

If you want adjustables for the street I've had always had really good luck with the Rancho RS-9000's. They have 9 adjustment points. I still run these on the back of the truck. I just needed more control up front so I went with the Afco's.

This truck sees very few street miles. I mean it's an '06 with just over 91k on the clock.

I am looking for my 10.50 truck. If it sees 1000 miles this year I would be surprised. I will keep both in mind I have the drive train where I want but not as sure as the chassis
