Cali 160 pump question on timing

Wel I had 2 160 pumps one off of a 94 and one off of a 95 auto. I took the 94 pump off the 94 engine cause I thought it had problems put the 95 pump on and set the timing to 6.8mm of lift. Well I went back through it after a while and noticed there was a ca 160 pump I the checked the cpl of that 95 engine and it was cpl 1968 and 6.8 mm in that chart is 25.5* of tinting why is that?
