Then you already have #5, #6, and #9.

#'s 1, 3, and 7 aren't needed.

I'd say you'll also need a #11, 3903475.

So, your list will include:
  • (1) 3944797 Crankcase Breather
  • (1) 3680536 Tube Brace
  • (1) 3903475 Rectangular Ring Seal

I don't know what Snedge would sell these pieces for but my cost on them here at the shop would be just under $90 plus tax.

^ would go with that vs what I have. You'd have to get a Vc with an oil fill cap if you did the cover like I have.

Does anyone run a vacuum pump like some of gassers are doing?

I used to. The best bang for buck that I found was an EGR vacuum pump out of an early 2000's F150. It was $5 at a junk yard, 100% duty cycle, and will probably last forever with the relatively clean and cold air coming out of the crank vent (compared to exhaust gasses it was made for).
