You could hook a boost guage to the 3b and see if it is indeed boosting when your 40 wastegate opens. Just drill and tap the compressor hausing near the flange one the 3b. This should shed some light on how your wastegate is operating and how the 3b is performing.dodge359 said:What is considered lit? :ft: Other than me last saturday. Thanks! I didn't realize it was possible to set the secondary wastegate too light.Idaho CTD said:This isn't neccessarily true. If the wastegate is set too light the loss of proper compounding by the secondary can actually cause the total boost to drop after the initial spike while the primary boost continues to climb.
