Industrial ISB cp3?

what are the main differences of a ISB(e?) cp3 and one off of an industrial motor? It appears to be the opposite rotation of one found on a dodge.

Anyone know what a ISB insdustrial motor would be in? Any large vehicles?

They are usually in delivery trucks or I have seen them in Komatsu equipment also. They are mounted on the rear of the engine. That is why they turn the opposite rotation.
