smoke out filler neck after rebuild need help!!

ok so I recently rebuilt a 97 12 valve its been driving for a month has pulled a camping trailer and now there is smoke from the filler neck while running and while sitting and theres also oil coming out of the puker tube and the dipstick tube. but I have taken the vacuum pump hose off and it is sucking properly so its not pressurising the crankcase and I have too the cap off and plugged the oil filler neck and the dipstick tube aswell and neither of them were building any pressure that could be felt. and suggestions would be helpful. thanks in advance.

The rings are probably not seated yet. Until they seat you'll have blowby and it will use some oil.

mine too. was fine for the first 2000 miles and the last 300 where hard miles. 150 miles to the track, 6 11second passes then home and going fast to not be late. just a hint of smoke.
