NV4500 to 205 jake shaft with 1410's

I have a new driveshaft I'm not going to use. Its 1410 joint on both ends, nv4500 slip yoke in front with balance ring. Thickwall tubing and balanced. I have 350.00 in this shaft, but I will take 280.00 plus ride
