5.9 Commonrail parts list

No. Because I never made it to HF to check out the tool that was mentioned.
How many would you take if I had some ready?

Mark.

I have 10 or so 5.9 and 6.7 heads, some with cracked intake shelves, I'd take $350 per head.
If they don't sell, I have a machine shop at my disposal, so I will have them cleaned and magged, then sell the nice ones for $500 apiece.

I picked up a 12 ton hydraulic puller from harbor freight to pull one of these gears off of a junk crank. Worked very well.

Sorry, Mark. CompD didn’t notify me of your reply, and I’m just seeing this.

12 Ton Hydraulic Gear Puller

I’m trying to post link to the tool, or you can look it up, item # 66657

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! :Cheer:

I picked one of these up today and pulled 4 CR crank gears in rapid succession.
So now I have the ability to pull and sell both, crank and cam gears!

I have 3 5.9 CR bare blocks that need at least bored on 1 cylinder.
At least one will bore and run, but at least one will also need at least one sleeve to fix it.

$200 apiece, plus freight or pick up, otherwise consider this an iron alert! LOL

Do you need 2wd or 4wd? The driver's side cast bracket is different.
Do you need the isolators (rubber), or not?

Mark.

Got to looking and I have 4 2003 engines, 3 of which ran, but had blowby and/or injector issues.
One only has ~ 140,000 miles and a new set of injectors, but some dirt locked 1 injector, making it smoke and carry on and it's terribly rusty on the outside, being from PA.
The 4th is a moderate burn that may well be worth putting some time into to make it run.

I also have a couple of 2004-1/2s, one, in a 6 speed truck, that was overheated and still ran, as well as a burned one, in front of an automatic, that may have been an arson job.

Will sell complete or part out.

Completes are $1000 each as cores, burned or not. :)

Parting out a 2003 truck with an excellent running 5.9 and a bad 2wd 48RE.

It was someone's drag truck and has some good performance parts in the trans and 75% over injectors in the engine.

Engine is $3500.

Trans is $1000 with converter, fluid is still red, either it lost the pump, or tore up a clutch pack, it barely moves at all.

Pulled down some 5.9 CRs

Have at least 1 standard block that may hone and a couple of standard cranks that may run with a polish.
Also have a few buildable cylinder heads.

$350 per block , $375 per crank and $325 per head.
Plus Fastenal Freight.
