I think it's bit overpriced.

I have brought few 98 12V harness (automatic) with ECU for $350, few years ago.

Maybe market have changed lately

I believe something is worth whatever someone is willing to pay...
These are getting harder and harder to come by but I am open to offers worst I can say is NO.
