Not mine, but a killer deal IMO.

Im about 2 seconds away from hitting the buy it now button....just waiting to hear from him if he can hold onto it for a month till I can get down there!
 
It does look like flood damage. I have bought a few flood trucks and it def looks like it. Clean title doesnt mean anything. That just means the owner didnt turn it in on the insurance.
 
The orange mud in every single crevice spells flood to me. You can also see it underneath and how someone tried to power wash it off.

Plus that old and alot of miles who would have full coverage?
