Flex plate/Flywheel Bolts

I have a 97 12v thats automatic and I'm gonna put in a nv4500. My question is are the flex plate bolts the same as flywheel bolts? And I'm putting in a clutch and a flywheel form a 5600. Do I need a spacer for the starter?

Flywheel bolts are longer than the flex plate bolts.

Flywheel bolts also have a higher torque spec in some repair manuals.... just a fun little tidbit of useless info.
