Multi-function shifter stick

I'll throw something in here to get the fab thread started.

I made it a long time ago out of some 1/2" gas pipe. Ran the wires up through the pipe under the shift boot, and through a hole covered by the switch box. I welded 4 metric nuts together on the bottom to screw onto the factory NV5600 lower shifter, unfortunately dont have any pix of that. Welded a 3/8 bolt in the other end for the knob, its just a generic knob from the parts store.

Don't kick me off for this one but the top switch used to be the smoke switch, middle does backup lights, and the bottom one activates a solenoid pushing on the throttle arm for high idle. When I get the VGT installed the top switch is going to be used to activate the exhaust brake.

As you can also see in the pix, when I got a radio with a remote, I stuck the remote to the side of the switch box. I can control it with my thumb and my hand can stay on the shifter at all times if I so desire.
