My beloved 92 466 finally said ENOUGH DAMIT!
About 120k on the victim, roughly 20k of that fuel screw not present and stock gov +4 clicks each, inj. timing +4 degrees, retorqued head bolts to likely too twisty/thrusty a value.
Any thoughts?
My thoughts-
1. Right foot control issues.
2. No watching the 30 seconds of 1400f pre turbo.
3. My I/H friends which allow the wet cylinder sleeve to be serviceable
4. Engine oil cooler (not likely my luck......)
5. Cylinder head gasket out to lunch...?
Been such a great engine. Perhaps I need to heed others noted EGT sensetivites of these engines in stock/minor warm mod trim.
